How do I find out who gave me the "RED" reputation, I am a harmless person not making any personal comments on anybody in this forum, wonder why someone gave the red to me . On November 27, 2009, the USCIS announced that 58,900 of 65,000 regular cap petitions have been received. In addition, approximately 20,000 U.S. Master's or higher petitions (i.e. advanced degree petitions) have been received. Any advanced degree petitions received from here...

In addition, approximately 20,000 U.S. Master's or higher petitions (i.e. advanced degree petitions) have been received. Any advanced degree petitions received from here on out will count toward the regular cap of 65,000. The USCIS is still accepting petitions at this time, but it is advised that any H-1B petitions be filed as soon as possible as the USCIS could announce that the cap is closed at any time.

1. I got laid off from company A last year. I was on H1B. Company A notified me about 1 month in advance so I had some time to find another job. I also had a valid EAD which I wasn't using at that time. They also did not cancel I-140.
2. I joined Company B using my EAD within the 30 day period, so I never went out of status. Also, I didn't file AC21
3. My GC application was approved in the first week of Aug.
I have a couple of really interesting opportunities that I would like to pursue. My job profile has been similar at both A and B and will likely be similar even in C should I join there. Am I required to work at B for any specific period of time before I can pursue these opportunities?

I had my I-485 interview at Boston-CIS in May,2007 and since then they were telling me lots of BS like NC, One security check open, additional review. Finally they sent me a letter telling me I need to attend NSEER interview at ICE office in Boston and I did that this week and the nice ICE officer told me that he was sending my file back to NSC. Last time I saw that thick file was when I was interviewed by IO at Boston-CIS!. Does it mean NSC will approve it now? I'm EB2 ROW and I was never finger printed more than once. So far had 2 EAD/AP and I applied in 2006 August

I wanted to know if I can work for H-1B with my current company which holds my H-1B and work outside with another company on EAD. Is there a chance that I may loose my H-1B status if I work with EAD.

When you start using EAD you will lose H1 status. You can do multiple jobs on ead but not on H1

do you get a FP notice only if you file AP and EAD along with your 485 ?
FP is for 485. so even if you dont apply for AP or EAD, u should still get FP notice.

Doesn't matter if you only live in AZ or not! If you live in the Border Areas (North and South), or are traveling in those areas, it is better you carry it.
I never carry mine and do not intend to unless fit I the above case. I have memorized my A# and that of my spouse and am willing to go thro' to whatever rare hassle that I may face than losing my wallet and having to replace my GC for $370! Futher I do not want identity thieves getting another piece of info about me.
