For EB3 one needs to show 4 years of degree and 2 years of experiance. Normally every degree year is equivalent to 3 years of experiance. I don't know how USCIS sees diploma. In your case a very strong evaluation certificate is needed.

The real problem is due to cost cutting in fiancial industry they are asking me either to take a full time if I wish to continue or terminate my contact as they do not have budget for next Year, So i dont know if my I 140 can get approved by that time (NExt month), But anyways thanks for a lot for guidance.

I know we had lot of discussions about Notice date and reciept date.I was planning to invoking AC-21 after 180 days.My application reached USCIS on Jul 18th.I assume this is when the 180 days count down starts.My notice date is Sept 18th.(Checks cashed).My online status for my 485 is as follows
"On September 18, 2007, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.Blah blah"
When they recieved, do they mean it is the reciept date.My 180 days ends on Jan 18th 2008.

Because you are a man and you are from Mars. Men are that way .. they always live in future and somehow completely forget that its the present that they need to live fully and enjoy to the maximum extent. Women live more in present and that's why you will see very few of them stressing themselves out on these forums.
My wife always reminds me this. According to her, its ok to read forums and keep yourself updates with what's going on ... but don't get to much into it, otherwise you will loose your peace of mind.
So I have found my own way ... I am completely into these forums and no matter how hard I try I can not escape from it (you remember.. I am from Mars ... worrying about future is my nature ... so after I get my GC, I will find next topic to worry about ... may it will be abut the US economy or may be how my son's future shapes up), but at the same time I try to convert my frustration to a positive energy by thinking new ways to solve the problem, and contributing them to various forums at IV.
I think you have reached to a state, where you feel disturbed. I would recommend that contribute to IV in a positive manner .... it may be ideas, money, support, organizational work or any other thing. I think this is the only way you can recover from this GC Depression.

I don't think PMP is useful in promotions......it may be helpful in getting a new job though.....but then you are limited in your career..........PMP doesn't help you moving upwards.....!

Dubai, Bahrain i went there for project implementations. kuwait was my office place and i traveled those places for work.
But all those 3 countries are allies with US, people often consider Kuwait as US 53rd state. By any chance can we see that exempted countries list.
Maybe this is triggering delays but it should be ok.. do you have a muslim name? It may be that processing is slightly slower for muslims who have spent time in the middle-east.. it is a good idea to avoid travelling to places like Dubai etc - I know people get questioned more when they arrive from these places to the US.

If you really looking for long term solution then you should focus on action items that core members asking us to do...Have you done any of these?
members will file 485 whenever they can and whenever they want to. I don't think even single person should buy this idea.

International students come on F1 visa and get instate tuition fee from state universities. Our kids are on H4s so that will not qualify them to attend undergraduate in state schools? Is F1 required to get instate tuition fee? I am not understanding the situation here. Please somebody clarify if possible.
